The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents and tour operators, and negotiating contracts to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with travel agents and tour operators
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the hotel remains competitive
- Collaborate with the hotel's operations and reservations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
We are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales and marketing
- Exceptional knowledge of the Edinburgh market
- Pro-active attitude, strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed for sales and industry events
