The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents and tour operators, and negotiating contracts to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with travel agents and tour operators
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the hotel remains competitive
  • Collaborate with the hotel's operations and reservations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales and marketing
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Edinburgh market
  • Pro-active attitude, strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for sales and industry events
