About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at KEMTILE - a division of Stonhard. As a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering revenue budget within assigned territory, creating opportunities through networking, relationship building, and hard work, and understanding customer technical requirements to specify the optimum solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver revenue budget within assigned territory.
  • Create opportunities through networking, relationship building, and hard work.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and specify the optimum solution.
  • Develop key account relationships by delivering excellent service.
  • Maximize each account's potential by cross selling solutions and networking.
  • Establish and develop on-going relationships with building owners, contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Understand the different stakeholders and their involvement.
  • Offer practical solutions to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent time and territory management skills to balance account management, new business development, and administration.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of CRM systems, i.e., Salesforce.
  • Able to ask the right questions at the right time and to the right people to influence the buying process positively and uncover customer needs.
  • Ability to present information in a professional manner using a range of techniques that enthuses the customer.
  • Experience of construction sites and ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and develop relationships at all levels, including architects, engineers, facilities managers, contracts/project managers, company owners, and directors.
  • Objection handling – ability to think on their feet or apply a range of tactics to overcome customer objections throughout the sales process.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
