Sales Development Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering resources to deliver technical sales discussions and presentations.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of N-able products and industry trends to effectively position our solutions.
  • Own Salesforce management and ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity updates.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven self-starter with a history of successful target attainment and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
