Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team.
  • Meet with business owners, liaise with sector professionals, deliver presentations, and attend exhibitions & conferences.
  • Estimate the value of the business using correct estimation calculations and processes.
  • Prepare marketing literature, manage enquiries from interested parties, encourage offers, and negotiate sales.
  • Arrange and follow up viewings and process offers, including buyer due diligence.
  • Liaise with key contacts, including solicitors, to progress sales.
  • Provide ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Utilise our advanced Salesforce CRM system to manage the sale processes and deliver real-time, accurate reporting.
  • Develop your own portfolio of business sales across the region.
  • Network with fellow professionals, industry contacts, and influencers.
Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Previous experience within an Estate Agency business is desirable.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are essential.
  • Very strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
  • Knowledge of the property sector and property trends is desirable.
  • Relevant Real Estate degree is desirable.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce is desirable.
