Business Development Specialist

We are the leading specialist advisor for buying and selling businesses in our sectors - hotels, pubs, restaurants, childcare, healthcare, convenience retail, leisure and medical. With 90 years of experience, we offer professional brokerage and advisory services, our team has a network of 13 offices in the UK along with 12 in Europe. We pride ourselves in our high standards, providing a client-centric experience and building business around our clients through tailoring our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist senior colleagues with the management of business sales as part of a project team
* Conduct client pitches and meetings, including inspections, with business owners
* Liaise with sector professionals and introducers to identify potential business opportunities
* Estimate the value of businesses using correct estimation calculations and processes
* Prepare marketing literature and manage enquiries from interested parties
* Negotiate sales and arrange viewings
* Progress sales by liaising with key contacts, including solicitors
* Provide ongoing advice to clients to ensure a successful outcome
* Utilize our advanced Salesforce CRM system to manage the sale process and deliver real-time, accurate reporting
Requirements:
* Previous experience within an Estate Agency business
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
* Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of the property sector and property trends
* Relevant Real Estate degree
* Experience of working with Salesforce

2. Interview via MS Teams
3. Final stage interview at our Edinburgh office with our Head of Dental and our Medical MD
