Sales Enablement Operations Manager

Fitch Group is seeking an experienced sales enablement operations manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales enablement function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of sales-related initiatives across the organization.
About the Job:
- Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales enablement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and analyzing data to inform sales decisions.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and execute sales enablement plans to support the sales team, including content creation, training, and coaching.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- KPI Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
