We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global Sales Operations team at Nexthink SA. This pivotal role involves driving productivity while ensuring efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will analyze performance data, develop action plans, and collaborate with sales leadership to define processes and metrics that align with business goals.

This role requires excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and peripheral applications and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations, and knowledge bases.">
  • Develop and implement Operations, Processes, and Systems training.">
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.">
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define processes and metrics that align with business goals.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology Adoption, Global Sales Operations, or a related field.">
  • A strong understanding of the sales process, sales methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).">
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and peripheral applications and tools.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.">
  • A project management certification (e.g., PMP or similar) is a plus.">
