">We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global Sales Operations team at Nexthink SA. This pivotal role involves driving productivity while ensuring efficient operations.
">The ideal candidate will analyze performance data, develop action plans, and collaborate with sales leadership to define processes and metrics that align with business goals.
">This role requires excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and peripheral applications and tools.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations, and knowledge bases.">
- Develop and implement Operations, Processes, and Systems training.">
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.">
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define processes and metrics that align with business goals.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you should possess:
">- ">
- 5+ years of experience in Technology Adoption, Global Sales Operations, or a related field.">
- A strong understanding of the sales process, sales methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).">
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and peripheral applications and tools.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.">
- A project management certification (e.g., PMP or similar) is a plus.">
