Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of sales professionals to develop and execute business plans, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage insights and analytics to inform sales decisions.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer dynamics to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales leadership, customer relationship management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
