Commercial Sales Leader

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Leader to join our UK Away From Home team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to develop and execute business plans, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage insights and analytics to inform sales decisions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer dynamics to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales leadership, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
