Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Commercial Sales Leader to join our dynamic team at Yaz Associates GmbH. As a Senior Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing new business opportunities and leading a small team of BDRs in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and account management. You should have a minimum of 5-8 years of direct new business sales experience, including a few years of account management.

The salary package for this role is highly competitive, with a base salary estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to progress into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Lead a small team of BDRs to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to increase revenue growth.
