Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Growth Leader to join our team as the Global Head of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of our business globally, working closely with our Senior Leadership Team to achieve budget and long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sustained revenue growth and market trust.
  • Lead and mentor regional sales leaders, transforming the global sales team into a high-performing, value-based selling culture.
  • Implement robust sales management processes to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Define training programs for Sales and measurement criteria to equip them to position and sell solutions and capabilities.
  • Engage industry leaders through key meetings and events, aligning value proposition with customers' needs.
  • Drive long-term strategic priorities and commitments, planning regional expansion and local presence of sales teams to support new business growth.
