Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans that align with business objectives.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Implement data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes and boost revenue.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally in food and beverage or hospitality.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth in high-revenue stream businesses - £20 million +.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
