About the Role:

This Senior Revenue Growth Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Revenue team at Oktopost Technologies. We're looking for someone who can develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies that maximize revenue growth and enhance the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and implement sales enablement strategies.
  • Manage the SE operation and report to the VP Global Sales.
  • Establish and maintain metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
