Executive Account Development Manager

We are recruiting an Executive Account Development Manager to join our team in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive growth and revenue.
- Provide expert advice, systems training, and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare renewal documentation, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or account management role, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
