Job Opportunity

We are recruiting an Executive Account Development Manager to join our team in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Provide expert advice, systems training, and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
  4. Maintain accurate records, prepare renewal documentation, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or account management role, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
