Contract Personnel Limited is seeking a skilled Telesales Account Manager to join its team in Norwich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing relationships with existing customers, and working closely with account managers and directors to achieve sales targets.

In this role, you will engage with decision makers over the phone to discuss business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service to drive revenue and retention. You will also work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet client needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads through telesales and other marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and retention
  • Work closely with account managers and directors to understand client needs and preferences


Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Proven experience in telesales or a related field
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A can-do attitude and a positive outlook


Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
