Sales Development Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, with excellent customer service and sales skills. This is an outbound sales position responsible for generating new leads and driving business growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with decision makers over the phone to generate new leads and drive business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and retention
- Work closely with account managers and directors to understand client needs and preferences
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in telesales or a related field
- A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
