This role plays a pivotal part in driving KIKI Health forward by introducing new clients, building relationships, and growing our B2B customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects with no previous interest
  • Develop an understanding of our brand, ethos, and product range
  • Manage new business onboarding from conversation to first sale
  • Transition newly opened accounts to our UK account manager
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience in B2B telesales, ideally in our industry
  • Proven sales track record and ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication skills and diplomacy
  • Computer and database literacy
Benefits:
  • Permanent position with no weekend working
  • 20 days holiday plus standard bank holidays
  • Uncapped commission/bonus scheme (more sales generate more money earned)

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, with additional pay through our uncapped bonus/commission scheme. This role is performance target based with monthly commission and bonus.
