B2B Sales Development Specialist

KIKI Health is a trusted health supplement retailer established in 1999, delivering quality products to the UK and global market. We pride ourselves on being ethical, eco-friendly, and sourcing natural ingredients.
This role plays a pivotal part in driving KIKI Health forward by introducing new clients, building relationships, and growing our B2B customer base.
Main Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound calls to prospects with no previous interest
- Develop an understanding of our brand, ethos, and product range
- Manage new business onboarding from conversation to first sale
- Transition newly opened accounts to our UK account manager
- Multiple years of experience in B2B telesales, ideally in our industry
- Proven sales track record and ability to achieve targets
- Excellent communication skills and diplomacy
- Computer and database literacy
- Permanent position with no weekend working
- 20 days holiday plus standard bank holidays
- Uncapped commission/bonus scheme (more sales generate more money earned)
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, with additional pay through our uncapped bonus/commission scheme. This role is performance target based with monthly commission and bonus.
