Business Development Manager for B2B Sales

KIKI Health is a trusted health supplement retailer with a strong foothold in delivering quality health products to the UK and global markets.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our B2B sales forward by introducing new clients to our brand, building initial relationships, and growing our customer base.
This role involves initiating outbound calls to prospects, developing an understanding of our industry, and reporting to our UK account manager and business development team.
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of prior experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the health supplements sector, and a proven track record of sales. They will also be computer literate, able to make high volumes of telephone calls, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Initiate outbound calls to new prospects
- Develop relationships with potential clients to gain trust and convert leads to positive sales
- Work alongside our UK account manager and business development team to manage the onboarding process and ensure seamless transitions
- Multiple years of B2B telesales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Permanent position
- No weekend working
- 20 days holiday plus standard bank holidays
- Uncapped commission scheme
