About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our Members to help them achieve their business goals.

You will provide excellent service to all Members, achieve targets, and manage existing Member accounts to agreed levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular reviews with Members to discuss their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue growth for Members.
  • Working closely with the Procurement and Communications teams to provide support to Members.
  • Recording all Member interactions, calls, and meetings on our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the rural sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business software.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree or HND equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales, Development or Account Manager in a B2B environment.
