P+S Personnel is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Channel Partners, providing industry-leading customer service, and growing revenue through proactive account management.

The successful candidate will work closely with the business development team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase business with the company. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers and becoming a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive account management to a defined portfolio of Channel Partners
  • Provide industry-leading customer service as the company's primary point of contact
  • Work with the business development team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase business with the company
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and become a trusted advisor

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and able to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts
  • Quickly absorb and retain product knowledge
  • Ability to partner with internal teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
