Business Development Manager

R13 Recruitment is supporting a leading company in the power sector, seeking a Business Development Manager to develop a portfolio of new accounts and forge new business relationships. This nationwide sales role involves up to 3-4 days of client meetings across various locations, with the option to work from home or the company's Norfolk office. The position is full-time, permanent, and requires 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. The offered salary is competitive, with uncapped commission, fully expenses for travel, overnight stays, and car allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve the established sales budget by building and maintaining customer relationships through daily calls, promoting product awareness to distributors, and actively pursuing new opportunities.
* Reach out to potential customers daily to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
* Manage pricing with a focus on growth and margin while minimizing business risks.
