We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Service Service. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales service to our clients in the industrial supplies sales and distribution sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with allocated accounts through regular and planned contact.
  • Conduct calling campaigns from supplied lists to increase sales.
  • Review customer activity and maintain contact to grow sales, providing a complete service to your accounts including product sourcing, quoting, and follow-up.
  • Ensure calls are well-prepared and professionally presented, and objections are overcome positively and respectfully.
  • Proactively convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Enter customer and sales details into the business system with attention to detail, capturing and recording all relevant customer information.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

We are looking for a bright and positive-minded individual who can demonstrate the ability to handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales in a courteous, confident, and professional manner.
