Senior Business Development Manager - Partnerships

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing Partnerships Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue through partnerships with trade associations, federations, and institutes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue through partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal teams, including underwriting, claims, marketing, compliance, and legal
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and partnerships model
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
