About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary plus commission, providing a lucrative earning potential. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours, balancing work and life with ease.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workwear and safety apparel to clients across various industries. You will foster strong relationships with existing clients, develop new business leads, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive networking, cold-calling, and building connections with businesses in sectors like construction, warehousing, and manufacturing.
- Offer engaging product demonstrations, assess client requirements, and provide bespoke workwear and safety solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and drive growth by consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within workwear, PPE, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ambition to exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
