Based in our Norwich Head Office, we are seeking an exceptional Lead Generation Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities across the website, supporting our Business Development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps in advertising and PPC across the site, reaching out to prospective clients to fill these gaps, generating warm leads, and setting appointments for the Business Development team.

About You

We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Executive with a strong motivation to generate new business through lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be digitally savvy and confident in communicating with marketing directors, executives, digital advertising teams, affiliate managers, media planners, and agencies.

This role requires a target-driven mindset, the confidence to work independently, and a hunger to generate sales.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  1. Demonstrable experience in digital sales with a proven track record of success.
  2. Familiarity with using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales performance.
  3. A solid understanding of commercial aspects of affiliate and digital advertising deals.
  4. Previous experience developing and executing effective sales plans.
  5. Knowledge of sales best practices and techniques to open and close conversations.
  6. Familiarity with the financial services market and its trends.
  7. An adaptable individual with a flexible attitude, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
  8. Previous experience in telemarketing or similar roles is highly desirable.
