Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our fast-growing company in Aylsham, Norfolk. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by introducing new clients to our brand, building relationships, and growing our customer base.
KIKI Health is a trusted health supplement retailer with a strong foothold in the UK market. We pride ourselves on being ethical, eco-friendly, and sourcing only the best ingredients from nature.
As a B2B Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating outbound calls to prospects who have not expressed previous interest in our product or brand.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our brand, ethos, market positioning, and products.
- Proactively continuing learning with up-to-date product knowledge.
- Reporting and working alongside our UK account manager and business development manager.
- Managing the onboarding of new business from opening conversation to the generation of the first sale.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Multiple years of prior experience within B2B telesales, ideally in our industry and market sector.
- A proven track record of sales, including knowledge of how to achieve sales targets and enroll new clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to make high volumes of telephone calls and work in a performance target-based environment.
This is a permanent position with a salary of around £25,000-£35,000 per year, plus uncapped commission/bonus scheme and benefits including 20 days holiday and employee discount.
