About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and focused Senior Account Growth Strategist with excellent communication skills to join our team at AST Group.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to organise and prioritise in order to effectively handle multiple accounts, with previous account management experience essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Business Growth: Develop and implement a clear growth plan to increase business with our chosen Channel Partners, working closely with the Head of Networks Solutions.
  • Proactive Account Management: Manage allocated Channel Partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive communication and relationship building.
  • Collaboration and Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with internal teams and external partners/suppliers/customers to ensure the best customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunity Identification and Upselling: Qualify all significant customer opportunities for our Services and Solutions, identifying areas for up-sell/cross-sell and providing clear and accurate CRM quotations.
  • Sales Promotion: Effectively promote our Value Added Services to clients, leveraging consultative selling skills and relationship building techniques.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with initiative, inquisitive, and driven by high performance. They should have experience in sales/sales operations account management, possess consultative selling skills using relationship building techniques, and be able to proactively execute sales initiatives and close business deals.
