About the Role

Sales Performance and Customer Service: As Senior Collection Strategist, you will be responsible for analysing and reviewing management indicators and costs to identify areas for improvement. You will also ensure the implementation of merchandising standards and optimise selling space to achieve maximum profitability.

Collection Management and Stock Control: Familiarity with our collections is essential, as you will be responsible for controlling and managing stock to maximise sales. This includes ensuring optimal inventory levels and making informed decisions about product allocation.

Personnel Administration and Development: Your task will be to manage personnel administration duties effectively, ensuring that administrative tasks do not hinder operational efficiency. This includes providing support for employee development opportunities and facilitating growth within the team.
