Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Estimator and Strategist to lead our team and drive our projects to success. The ideal candidate has experience in construction or engineering, strong leadership skills, and expertise in cost estimation, bid preparation, and risk analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining estimation methodologies, tools, and databases. They will analyse project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Additionally, they will conduct cost-benefit analyses and value engineering to optimize project costs.

The Lead Estimator and Strategist will engage with clients to discuss and clarify project requirements and negotiate costs and terms. They will also contribute to the company's strategic planning and business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in estimating, cost estimation, bid preparation, cost analysis, project evaluation, and cost management. They will possess excellent team management and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in analysing project specifications, blueprints, risk analysis, and value engineering.
