Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of residential and commercial property sectors, with a focus on driving growth through client and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing key performance drivers, working closely with stakeholders, and providing strategic relationship management to large customer accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial property sectors, adding value and driving growth through client and customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, including colleagues in credit control, pricing, sales, and marketing, and customer services.
  • Providing strategic relationship management to large customer accounts.
  • Maintaining regular and appropriate contact with clients and customers, ensuring they are fully informed of all products and services and ongoing project delivery.

The salary for this role is approximately £70,000 per annum, plus bonus based on revenue target, and car allowance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a highly supportive team environment and ongoing development opportunities within the group.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A natural sales professional with experience in managing a portfolio, ideally within construction, property, glazing, or an operational business with a skilled workforce.
  • Comfortable using omnichannel communications to engage and attract new business.
  • Demonstrable success in operating in a highly competitive market.
  • Strong commercial acumen with financial literacy, understanding profitability, gross margins, and rebate structures.
  • Diplomatic communication skills and experience delivering presentations.
  • Self-sufficient and ambitious.
  • Experience selling into the public sector is preferable.
