Job Title: Inclusion & Diversity Lead (part time)

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Inclusion & Diversity Lead, who will play a leading role in growing our organisation and helping us spread the good word about our impact on young people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to promote our organisation and services
  • Work closely with our Engagement Manager and Commercial Director to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent time management and planning skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to large groups of young people and clients
  • BSc/BA in Business Management or other relevant fields
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £27,000, reflecting your experience and skills (plus the ability to earn additional bonus and commission)
