Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Liverpool John Moores University is seeking a talented Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Human Resources Department, you will play a crucial role in embedding diversity and inclusion practices across the University community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic support and expertise to the University community and stakeholders in delivering the University's Diversity and Inclusion ambitions.
- Manage and support the University's application for external Charter Marks accreditations, such as the Advance HE Race Equality Silver Award and Athena Swan (Gender Equality) Awards.
- Collaborate with Faculties and Professional Services Associate Deans for Diversity and Inclusion to develop and implement action plans.
- Develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategies, projects, policies, and workshops.
- Provide D&I report writing, D&I data analysis, and develop Diversity and Inclusion priorities and action plans.
