About the Role

NJR Recruitment is partnering with a leading firm of pension specialists to find an exceptional Office Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a family-oriented environment where you can contribute to the successful delivery of group-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, advisers, and third parties, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain and improve client relationships by effectively handling client enquiries, both complex and simple, on the telephone.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to a range of queries and correspondence, ensuring all work is processed in accordance with SLAs and internal deadlines.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks to support the team's work.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to assist in the execution of individual tasks, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to the Manager.
  • Professional Development: Take personal responsibility for ensuring knowledge of HMRC, TPR, and ICO legislative practices and changes relating to all pensions administration and business products.
  • Project Support: Contribute to projects when requested and deliver within set timescales.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to clients and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to perform administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to structure communication to meet the needs of clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
