Client Experience Manager

Unique Senior Care is seeking a skilled Client Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their care journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with our Marketing department to coordinate timely communications and ensure a consistent brand message.
- Manage client relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing empathetic and consultative support.
- Work closely with our Registered Care Managers to ensure a smooth transition from initial consultation to ongoing care.
- Utilize customer relationship management software to track client interactions and preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software and marketing automation software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
