Job Summary

Uniquecare is seeking a skilled Client Experience Manager to guide individuals from initial inquiry to face-to-face care consultation. The ideal candidate will provide empathetic and consultative responses, working closely with the Marketing department to coordinate timely communications with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the client life-span workflow, initially manual and transitioning to a CRM platform
  • Develop and implement multi-touch communication strategies across postal and email channels
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to deliver timely and tailored communications
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales role, particularly in B2C with high net worth accounts
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management software and marketing automation software an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
