Unique Senior Care is seeking a skilled Client Experience Manager to join our team. As a Client Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals from initial inquiry to face-to-face care consultation with our Registered Care Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide empathetic and consultative responses to client inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Work closely with our Marketing department to coordinate timely communications with existing clients.
- Manage the multi-touch client life-span workflow, utilizing CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2C environments with high-net-worth clients.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
