Client Experience Manager

Unique Senior Care is seeking a skilled Client Experience Manager to guide individuals through the care consultation process, providing empathetic and tailored responses to meet their needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing department to coordinate timely communications with existing clients, utilizing a multi-touch client life-span workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless care experience.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver targeted communications, leveraging CRM and marketing automation software.
  3. Manage client data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for team members.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in sales, B2C, or customer-facing roles.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  4. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation software, an advantage.
