We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Client Support Specialist to become part of our dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position will transition to remote work following a 6-week training period. Marston Holdings Limited is a parent organization comprising eight distinct brand entities, each focusing on essential sectors of our comprehensive business model. In essence, we are the UK's foremost judicial services provider and innovators in clean air solutions, delivering services that assist local and central government, utilities, and private sectors through the provision of leading integrated technology-enabled solutions from design and implementation to management and recovery. The group currently generates revenue of £270m, employs nearly 5,000 individuals, and maintains a network of 1,000 self-employed enforcement agents. Our operations span 21 services across various trading entities, primarily within the UK.

Role Overview
As a Client Support Specialist with Marston Holdings Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our contact center, interacting with clients and assisting them in finding resolutions, whether that involves processing payments, establishing payment plans, or addressing inquiries. You will manage client cases through various service channels, starting with inbound and outbound calls and advancing through our pathways to live chat, email, and written correspondence. Continuous support and coaching will be provided throughout your career to facilitate your progression through our development pathways and help you achieve your full potential.

Working Hours:
Enjoy a favorable work-life balance with only one Saturday shift every three weeks.

  • Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8am - 8pm
  • Office-based for the initial 6 weeks of training, followed by fully remote work.

Employment Type:
Full-time / Part-time (16 hours per week)
