As an Office Support Specialist, you will undertake a range of administrative and clerical responsibilities that are vital to the success of the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone inquiries, and postal mail.
  • Organise and maintain office documentation and records, both digital and physical.
  • Oversee calendar management and coordinate with technical staff.
  • Procure office supplies as needed.
  • Handle the processing of purchase orders and sales invoices.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and client engagements.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Execute additional administrative tasks as required to support the overall office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an Office Support role, Administrative Assistant position, or a comparable capacity is preferred.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and precision.
  • A positive outlook and a collaborative team spirit.
