Manpower UK Ltd presents an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate to join as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT assistance to clients.
- Respond to incoming inquiries through various channels including telephone, email, and web chat.
- Document all inquiries in the designated call-logging system.
- Direct calls to the appropriate support teams.
- Handle Back Office requests as necessary.
- Inform clients and support teams of known issues and available workarounds.
A background in customer service is advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
