We are excited to offer a wonderful part-time position for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team, contributing 12 hours each week. This role requires flexibility for both weekends and weekdays.

We are looking for individuals who are approachable, enthusiastic, and possess a constructive mindset towards delivering outstanding service to our clientele. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide knowledgeable guidance on footwear care, bags, and accessories customized to each customer's preferences, ensuring they receive authentic and informed suggestions. Your commitment will encourage customers to return to our stores repeatedly.
Are you driven by achieving sales goals and helping customers discover the ideal products? Do you have a proactive 'can-do' spirit, excel in a dynamic environment, and relish taking on new challenges?
We will offer thorough training and support to ensure your success in this role. While previous experience is not mandatory, the right attitude and approach are crucial.

Compensation for a Sales Support Specialist:
Starting from April 2024
£11.70 per hour (£9.60 per hour for ages 16-17, £7.85 per hour)
Upon successful completion of the required retail induction PaSS stages, your pay will increase to £12.05 per hour (£9.87 per hour for ages 16-17, £8.07 per hour)
