In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients.

Your primary duty will be to deliver first-line IT assistance to the clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and web chat
  • Document all inquiries in the designated call-logging system
  • Direct calls to the appropriate support teams
  • Process Back Office requests as necessary
  • Inform clients and support teams of known issues and solutions
  • Keep clients updated on the status of their inquiries
  • Contribute to overall success by meeting established personal targets

A background in customer service is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
