Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to Key Customers and National Accounts
  • Oversee the onboarding process for Key Accounts
  • Deliver on-site training and technical assistance
  • Assess account performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Work closely with National Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the coffee or FMCG sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • A passionate individual eager to share their appreciation for coffee
  • A motivated professional committed to quality in life, business, and coffee
  • Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
