Exciting Career Opportunity for a Key Account Executive
Join a prestigious and ethically focused specialty coffee roaster. In the role of Key Account Executive, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service, facilitating on-site training, and fostering robust client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to Key Customers and National Accounts
- Oversee the onboarding process for Key Accounts
- Deliver on-site training and technical assistance
- Assess account performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement
- Work closely with National Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the coffee or FMCG sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- A passionate individual eager to share their appreciation for coffee
- A motivated professional committed to quality in life, business, and coffee
- Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
