POSITION OVERVIEW

Estée Lauder, along with AERIN Beauty and Aramis, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a National Accounts Specialist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Wholesale and Retail Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison for retailer inquiries, collaborating closely with the Commercial Manager.
  • Assist the Commercial Business Analyst in generating insights into retail trends influenced by ongoing campaigns.
  • Prepare system events and order documentation for retailers, ensuring alignment with marketing and visual merchandising for new product launches.
  • Oversee the execution of new product introductions and assess stock availability against demand plans, working with field teams and operations to optimize inventory levels.
  • Manage excess inventory, stock distribution, new product launches, and limited-time offerings, coordinating with the Events Team to ensure accurate stock allocations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Facilitate the setup for new store openings in collaboration with internal teams.

Marketing and Sales Coordination

  • Support the National Account Manager (NAM) with:
  • Comprehensive management of new product line forms.
  • Assistance in launch and basic stock orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration on promotional and seasonal activities, including Commercial Agreement Forms and stock swaps.
  • Administrative support for wholesale performance tracking, managing daily reports related to new product launches and basic stock to meet monthly objectives.
  • Help create store planograms, updating specialty assortments monthly.
  • Contribute to the execution of all sales components of the brand marketing calendar.
  • Establish strong internal and external relationships.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to enhance brand positioning and performance.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the brand during key calendar events, including organizing retailer strategy meetings and managing ad-hoc orders.
  • Lead wholesale meetings, providing executive summaries for the leadership team on a weekly basis.

Demand and Inventory Management

  • Oversee the monitoring of retailer inventory to ensure 100% shelf availability across all retail partners, collaborating closely with the Supply Chain team.
  • Analyze product performance to respond effectively to overstock and undersell situations.
  • Implement efficient phase-out strategies for limited edition and discontinued products to minimize returns, offering commercial solutions such as gifts with purchase.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry, coupled with a strong awareness of market trends.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player capable of building effective internal and external relationships.
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
