About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a National Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue across our key national accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue across our key national accounts.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our national account customers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our national account customer base, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of our national account customers, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience in Business Development: Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue in a national account setting.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
