The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our creative team in London. As a Marketing Account Coordinator, you will work closely with our Account Managers to execute 360 marketing and communication projects for various clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of marketing plans and assist in the daily management of clients
  • Monitor and ensure the production of communication materials in accordance with our graphic charter
  • Assist in creating and distributing email newsletters and campaigns through our CRM system
  • Participate in the organization of trade shows, promotions, and events
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Trade and Digital campaigns
  • Carry out market monitoring, market analyses, and positioning studies
  • Participate in brainstorming and meetings during the preparation phase of a campaign
  • Provide ad hoc financial support and assist with storage and logistics

Requirements

  • Understanding of the marketing landscape and previous related experience
  • Interest in the food and drink industry and a desire to discover the world of communication and marketing
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and work within a team
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools
  • Passion for events and willingness to attend these on an ad hoc basis
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage
  • Enrolled in education and this placement is mandatory as part of your course
  • Eligible to work in the UK
