POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a dedicated and innovative Trade Campaign & Marketing Manager to spearhead both company-wide and brand-specific trade marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal during a significant growth phase for Harpar Grace International, focusing on our luxury aesthetic brand portfolio across various channels and sectors.

The Trade Campaign & Marketing Manager will be a highly motivated individual responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a successful trade activity strategy. This strategy will support the company’s dynamic market entry and integrated campaign efforts to promote a cohesive range of luxury skincare and wellness products and services.

In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Brand Managers, Commercial Director, Sales Teams, and Transformation Lead, this energetic position will oversee and guide the campaign and marketing efforts across all trade channels. This will be supported by thorough analysis and engagement insights, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales target achievement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Strategy Development

  • Understand the long-term and short-term strategies of Harpar Grace International to ensure alignment in trade marketing efforts.
  • Share P&L responsibilities and support the team in both proactive and reactive strategies to meet objectives.
  • Participate in strategic global meetings and coordinate relevant attendees.
  • Provide monthly updates on trade marketing status to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to implement effective lead generation and event campaigns.
  • Assist in defining metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance against plans.

Brand Management and Positioning

  • Act as a representative of the HGI brand with all stakeholders to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Support selective distribution while enhancing brand penetration.
  • Manage HGI brand equity across all channels in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure all trade-related processes reflect best practices for a seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the industry to support brand positioning and penetration.
  • Promote HGI as both an umbrella and standalone brand, ensuring broad market knowledge.
  • Ensure messaging and visual identity align with HGI brand guidelines.
  • Commission relevant studies and training tools to support brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to optimize brand proposition on the website.

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management

  • Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee communication deployment to trade audiences across all brands.
  • Create and manage an annual calendar of trade activities and integrated campaigns.
  • Identify objectives, target segments, messaging, channels, and tactics for campaigns.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Deliver engaging trade communications that drive revenue.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Develop a PR strategy targeting key opinion leaders in trade sectors.

Content Management

  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including copy, design, and multimedia content.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of engaging social media content across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Support Executive to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Support an education program that highlights the clinical efficacy of HGI's brands.
  • Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations throughout their journey.
  • Develop toolkits to support sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Manage events that enhance the HGI brand experience and drive sales.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track brand and trade P&Ls and manage accordingly.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, including KPIs and ROI.
  • Utilize data insights to refine campaign strategies.
  • Prepare reports on campaign outcomes and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in campaign management and lead generation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in IT tools, including Adobe and Excel.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is advantageous.
