About the Role

Ceuta Group, an IQVIA business, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategist to develop and implement marketing plans for key clients, driving sales and brand growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with colleagues to create impactful marketing and trade plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and trade marketing plans to drive sales and brand growth.
  • Analyze product categories and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Work with agencies on advertising, media, and packaging design to create engaging campaigns.
  • Support sales teams with brand updates and marketing expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor budgetary expenditures and report on brand performance to ensure optimal ROI.

Requirements:

  • Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) essential; Marketing degree preferred.
  • Relevant marketing experience in consumer packaged goods, preferably in the Health & Beauty, OTC, or licensed medicines sectors.
  • Knowledge of grocery, pharmacy trade sectors, and regulated markets is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities effectively.
