POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a dedicated and innovative Trade Campaign & Marketing Manager to spearhead both company-wide and brand-specific trade marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal during a transformative phase for Harpar Grace International, focusing on our luxury aesthetic brand portfolio across diverse channels and sectors.

The Trade Campaign & Marketing Manager will be a proactive and skilled individual, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a commercially viable trade activity strategy. This will support the company's agile go-to-market and integrated campaign strategies aimed at promoting a range of synergistic products and services within the luxury skincare and wellness industry.

In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Brand Managers, Commercial Director, Sales Teams, and Transformation Lead, this dynamic position will involve directing and managing HGI's campaign and marketing efforts across all trade channels. This will be supported by thorough analysis and engagement insights, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales target achievement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Strategy Development

  • Ensure alignment of the trade strategy with HGI's long-term and short-term objectives.
  • Share P&L responsibilities, assisting the broader team with both proactive and reactive strategies to meet targets.
  • Participate in key strategic meetings and coordinate HGI representation.
  • Provide monthly updates on marketing trade status to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to implement effective lead generation and event campaigns.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to assess performance against objectives.

Brand Management and Positioning

  • Act as a representative of the HGI brand to ensure global consistency and compliance.
  • Support selective distribution while enhancing brand penetration.
  • Oversee HGI brand equity across all channels in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure all trade-related processes reflect best practices for stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain a strong presence within the industry to support brand positioning.
  • Champion HGI as both an umbrella and standalone brand, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and identity.
  • Commission relevant case studies and training materials to bolster brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to optimize brand presence on the website.

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management

  • Formulate comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee communication deployment to all trade audiences across various brands.
  • Develop and execute an annual calendar of trade activities and integrated campaigns.
  • Identify key objectives, target segments, messaging, channels, and tactics for campaigns.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Deliver engaging trade communications that drive revenue.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts.
  • Develop a targeted PR strategy for key opinion leaders in trade sectors.

Content Management

  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including copywriting and multimedia content.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of engaging social media content across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Support Executive to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Support a leading education program that emphasizes the clinical efficacy of HGI's brands.
  • Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations throughout their journey.
  • Develop business toolkits to support sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Manage events that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and manage HGI brand and trade P&Ls.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, including KPIs and ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on campaign outcomes and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of trade sales and marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in campaign management and lead generation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is advantageous.
