Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the junior members of the marketing team, planning and implementing fully integrated marketing campaigns, and overseeing the design and publication of all marketing material.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate the junior members of the marketing team with clearly defined objectives, processes, and KPIs.
    • Ensure the team is managing their tasks effectively using project management systems.
  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan and implement fully integrated marketing campaigns to enhance awareness, promote data capture, and/or lead generation.
    • Communicate partner marketing campaign plans internally and externally.
  • Marketing Material
    • Oversee the design and publication of all marketing material to support campaigns, branding, events, and activities.
    • Critically post-evaluate all marketing activity to continuously improve ROI and provide reporting and analysis.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Work with our Digital Marketing agency to develop and oversee effective implementation of PPC and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Marketing Budgets
    • Assist the Head of Marketing in managing the company's marketing budgets, maintaining tight control while having flexible dynamics in place to adjust the budgets dependent on growth forecasts.
  • Brand Guidelines
    • Assist the Head of Marketing in developing and overseeing the implementation of our new brand guidelines, websites, and CRM capabilities.
  • Events and Trade Shows
    • Responsible for successfully organizing consumer events/shows, including all marketing material and branding related to the show.
    • Represent the company on key trade shows throughout the year.
  • Supplier Relationships
    • Work with the Head of Marketing and Product department to develop and nurture relationships with key suppliers to secure marketing and pricing opportunities.
  • Brand and Marketing Assets
    • Liaise with the Business Development team in creating brand and marketing assets for travel agents/trade events.

Requirements

  • Up to £44,000 salary
  • Hybrid working arrangement, 2 days in office, 3 days from home
