The successful candidate will oversee the procurement and management of stock levels related to pension materials, including the administration of the inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of the inventory management system, aligning it with actual stock levels and investigating any discrepancies.
  • Conduct month-end procedures, including the reconciliation of stock and the inventory management system.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials with production teams to guarantee that adequate resources are available for efficient operations.
  • Create purchase orders for stock, transportation, and other necessary supplies as required.
  • Provide support for the Supply Chain Supervisor and Plant Administrator in production planning and other administrative tasks during periods of absence.
  • Deliver training to team members to enhance their understanding of the Pensions Administrator role and offer coverage during absences as needed.
Required Skills:

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Oracle, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities, with experience in leading teams and projects.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple project demands.
